I selected Stellar above all others because of its reputation. I also wanted to work with a small business (women-owned!) that can be nimble and creative when problem-solving for clients. Working with teams to find solutions to complex challenges. I have worked on projects that have transformed the work of state government to better serve underrepresented communities. And I have worked on smaller projects to maximize efficiency and job satisfaction for staff teams. The work we do should be meaningful. Together we can hear from diverse voices and turn those perspectives into useful strategies for better outcomes. Implementing new initiatives is a fun and exciting adventure--let's go!
